Why it is more reliable
The CD is formally introduced with the use of a high quality lexan film. These are being produced by injecting mold polycarbonate into a mold cavity which has one side of tamper for negative image of disc data by which the opposite has the mirrored image. Since it has polycarbonate, it has high impact resistance and it cannot break easily. Its known characteristics are:
- Known for stronger threshold in higher temperature range.
- It has better light transmission which is the reason why these CDs are unbreakable even with time and even though it has been used widely in a very exclusive format.
- The film is very good choice for nonstop record and play without the fear of it being cracked or even scratched due to its components that helped the CD to operate without human supervision.
- It also holds a great number of memory functions which is used for recording movies, non-stop music and pictures which other record tool can get hold on to.
