All our compressed air piping systems are TSSA certified and made from high-quality materials. We are a respectable supplier of adjustable heat systems and complete compressor rooms for industrial systems. The company has taken time to research, test and analyse our manufacturing materials in order to guarantee reliability. Our piping is made from robust and lightweight aluminium tubes with powder coated exteriors to enhance low-cost installation and functionality
One of the major challenges in the air compressor industry is fostering reliability in systems. Industries are under pressure to gain profits and at the same time deliver high-quality products to customers. To overcome this challenge, we have highly invested in our operational methodologies by maximizing on product reliability. After years of research and product development, we have come up with systems that fly above the challenges of energy recovery to run very smooth processes. After years of dealing with customers, we realized the diverse needs or different applications and restructured ourselves to supply custom-made systems. We are now a major manufacturer and supplier of individualized compressed air systems in North America, England, Mexico and beyond. We are specialists in assessing customer needs and recommending the most suitable product for them.
We recommend our piping systems to virtually all manufacturers of air compressors globally because of their proven advantages. They can accommodate significantly higher operational temperatures and do not crack under pressure. Discharge air from air compressors can range between 200 and 350 F for reciprocating, rotary screw and centrifugal types, and hence, the air compressor must be capable of accommodating these temperatures without fracturing. Most of our industrial air compressors have an after cooler, but that only drops the temperatures to 100 F. Rather than assuming that our compressed air piping systems are perfect, we always stretch their resistance to accommodate any risk of failure
In cases where compressed air is acidic or tends to condensate, we develop piping systems that allow minimal self-contamination. The pipes are also interconnected in such a way that they will deliver air to dryers and filters with no pressure loss. Our aim is to come up with systems that perform well under the worst possible circumstances.
