Features of the powder grinder mill:

- Longer service life for wearing parts. The grinding roll and ring are made of special alloy. Generally, their service life is more than one year, but in certain condition which could up to over 3 years, like when it processes calcium carbonate and Calcite.
- More secure and reliable. There is no rolling bearings and screws in the grinding cavity, so no problems caused by the wear of bearings or screws.

In a grinding chamber of high-pressure powder grinder mill, the roller is hanged on the roller hanger through cross arm shaft. The roller hanger is joined with the spindle and turret shovel while the pressure spring tightly suppresses the outer bracket of roller shaft chamber. To take the arm shaft as supporting point, the spring pressure makes roller shaft tightly press the inside of ring round surface. When engine rotates by transmission device, the relieving tool rotates simultaneously with the grinding roll. The grinding roll rotates around itself while it rolls on the inside of ring round surface. The analytical engine drives the impeller rotated through motor device. The rotational speed of analytical engine determines the fineness of the powder.
