Our marine sewage treatment systems are certified to IMO MEPC specifications and are tailored to fit the restricted space in water vessels. This has specifically proven advantageous when our plant is replacing an existing treatment system. We develop individual plants based on specific customer requirements in order to meet unique needs. Our systems can, therefore, be customized to various sizes depending on the size of the vessel and designated space. We use various methods to sterilize treated affluent including UV treatment, chlorination or both in order to give flexibility when the ship is operating under different marine regulations.
After successfully supplying marine sewage treatment systems to some of the largest lake and sea vessels around the globe, the company has now ventured into manufacturing vacuum collection systems for land-based applications including supermarkets and hospitals. In December 1996, we were requested to design a vacuum drainage system that would be used by a multinational chain of supermarkets for condensate collection. This opened a door to a new phase of our operation that has kept us going ever since. The installation not only proved successful but also gave us a chance to realize our potential for reaching a wider audience with or unique services. We have so far manufactured and installed hundreds of systems for supermarkets across Canada, USA, Asia, Mainland Europe and Mexico.
Jetvac Inc aims at manufacturing environment friendly and cost effective systems to cope with modern industrial and customer needs. In most cases, the cost of our equipment plus the installation cost is less than the normal cost of cutting into some floors. There are innumerable savings in terms of time and cost when installing our systems compared to setting up a gravity drainage systems. Moreover, our marine sewage treatment systems can be adjusted to accommodate extra features and have lower maintenance cost compared to pump systems. Statistics have actually proven that the unique Jetvac systems are more dependable, easier to operate and less expensive compared to most other systems in the market.
