Our brush drive-through automatic truck wash system is designed to scrub dirt from the truck as it passes through the system at a slow speed cleaning all the attached dirt. They are ideal for trucks with greasy accumulations from city traffic as well as automotive used for rough road driving. Each system is designed to systematically clean the vehicle by thoroughly scrubbing dirt with a mild detergent before it is rinsed with clean water. Water taps are strategically positioned at different points on the system including overhead, side and under positions. The vehicle is normally guided through the foot reels to the washing park for cleaning. Side brushes normally toggle between the roof and the bottom of the truck body cleaning any dirt quickly. They are made with long, soft but firm bristles which can scrub dirt off without interfering with the vehicle’s paint or decor. A special brush is used to clean the front and the real parts of the vehicle.
Once the first washing stage is completed, the vehicle is directed to the rinsing yard where it is thoroughly sprayed with water to clear both dirt and the detergent. The automatic truck wash system is monitored with electronic eyes to ensure it performs effectively
Touchless systems are ideal for cleaning vehicles that do not have strong dirt accumulation. They use a chemical shock process where a mild acidic solution is combined with an alkaline chemical on the vehicle’s body. A neutralization process occurs which loosens all the accumulated. Pressured water is used to clear both the chemical and the dirt. Our hybrid automatic truck wash system is one of the most innovating products in the industry, since it’s capable of combining both brush through and touchless applications. It can be regulated to fit different situations depending on the owner.
Pseco Inc’s automatic truck wash system is known for its efficiency in cleaning vehicles and conserving water. It uses an automatic water reclamation yard to sieve water and return it to the recycling tank for reusing. The system floor is designed to channel water through gravity to a central collection point from where it is cleaned for reusing.
