Laser cutting
Our laser cutting techniques involve the use of extremely concentrated beam of light produced at a point and at a super high temperature. The process often involves the use of a computer in controlling the beam. As a result, the process is simpler and easier as it involves less mechanical work. This method is best where the shape of the metal being cut is complex and challenging to get by mechanical means or where great precision is required. Our team has vast experience in undertaking laser based custom metal fabrication for the best results.
Turning
Here, we deploy and use sharp pointed metal scribers which are applied and spun over a metal surface removing the top layer of the material. This procedure is appropriate when the size and shape of the end product to be cut is known at an outset and the cutting device exactly cuts the desired shape of the end product. However, our team of professionals wills advice when to best undertake the process according to your specific fabrication needs.
Plasma cutting
We house an ultramodern metal cutting technology that confers you the easiest use of oxygen or inert gas plasma pump to cutting the metal sheets into the most precise shapes. The process involves the pump which creates an electric arc producing an extremely hot flame with the ability to cut a metal sheet. Modern plasma torch pumps have a high degree of precision which could otherwise be compared with that achieved in laser cutting.
